Can anyone tell me the rtm that this report uses?

Liz,
Make sure you are running T7SOON.RWN and not ISSOON.RUN (User Profile may be calling out the ISSOON.RUN program). To test, go to Sys Mgr-UT-A and type in T7SOON.RWN and press enter. This version of the On-Time shipping report uses T6SOON1.RTM

What update are you on? You should be able to contact Lynn and get it, depending on what update you are on. It may not work with older updates
