Title: WO-C Large WOs with multiple FGI do not Print
Post by AndyOB on 12/01/11 at 16:10:55

We're running the SP1 update before the Nov2011 build, and whenever we go to print the travelers for a large work order with various assemblies, the program acts like it's going to print, but then just closes the print window and doesn't print anything.

We can sometimes get the print traveler module to print one work order (line) at a time, but if we have like 50 lines then instead of just printing all 50 we have to fire off each line one at a time, and even then it sometimes just does not print

Now we've been EvoLinking PDF files to various Finished Goods so we don't have to look up/copy each drawing for the order (it spits out the pdf when we print travelers), could that be part of the problem?

Does the November 2011 update address any of these problems?

A couple of us ran into that a few months ago and we did get a patch, which I'm sure is now part of the new version.

Thanks, that makes sense. I don't know if the Nov2011 update is needed to get the T7WOC update, but it's not in our system at the moment. I'll see if I can apply the update tonight and test it monday.

Thanks again.

The T6WOC from the November update (which I sent you) should also do the trick.

Yes, thanks Lynn, that update did fix the problem.
