I need a report that lists all the FGI for one (or a range of) customer(s), as well as info such as last order date for each finished good, or a brief/complete history of each item when it was ordered.

There an easy way to do this?

For those wondering down the line, the Customer User Defined Detail (Sales -> SO-O-J) report does the job. You may have to edit the form a bit to get it just right, but all the fields are there. I'd give you a link to how to use the report editor, but I don't think there is one. Suffice it to say, SAVE OFTEN! Make a backup copy of ANY report you edit before editing it, etc.
