Title: Contact Manger Post by cellis on 02/02/12 at 06:56:46 Hi. Currently on Classic DBA w/ IS tech support update - Nov. 2011. We are currently evaluating EVO. The problems is that since we set up a workstation to use the EVO our Contact Manager is not functioning properly. In DBA we get a message that EVO has been activated and is making it difficult for other users to work in that menu. On the EVO side, it errors constantly. I haven't been able to get any report to run, it errors if you try to go into the default and locks up all together when running a report. I don't really know how to fix or undo this. Any help is greatly appreciated!! |

The new CM-B-B crashes on me every time I use it. Plus, it doesn't even offer any of the report options that the old CM did. Since, I can't get any useful reports out of it, does anyone know how to print a list of email address or a list of fax numbers that have the account, fax number or email address another way? I've tried exporting the account, but then you can't filter the results at all. |
