We would like to create a "canned" report that can sort by "departments" and "work Centers" - to be able to show us our work orders, dates and balance due. We are unable to find anything in the RTMs file. How can we get a report to modify or create new?

I don't know of any reports that can sort by department. You would have to either have us do it for you or develop something using ODBC (Access or Crystal Reports).

Lynn,

we don't have the updated version of Crystal and our mgmt would prefer something the leads can pull direct from DBA & EVO. What is the cost of creating canned reports? Also, I'll have to get more data on exactly what the outcome they want to see on the report.

Send me the specifics and I can get a quote. Most reports are under $500, some much less, it depends how close it is to an existing report so we have something to start with.
