Currently using EVO with the 11/11 update. Just converted from DBA classic. The sales order release allows you to enter a tracking number and also has a field for the shipping company. I can't get the shipping company info to print on the Invoice, only the tracking number. Does anyone know how to get it to print? Right now, I'm having to close Evo and use DBA each time I print invoices to get the field to show up. Did I miss some sort of default setting? Thanks.

We have the 1/24/12 update and don't have the capability of adding under the "release sales order option", but can add informtion under Sales / P / I. However, we are not able to get this to print either.

Can someone explain how to get this feature to print on the invoices?

This would be great information to have our our invoices, however, the option is to add at the "release sales order" screen. We don't have tracking information until after the packing slips have been picked-up by the carrier. Is this something you can change to go back and add to the packer so that when we invoice it will print out so the information is there for the customer.

I can see that this is a good feature but not setup friendly.

Please advise....

You can add it after releasing at SO-P-I

We are able to get to print on invoices. You have to select "print notes / hidden notes". Thanks.

Is "print hidden notes" the only option to get the info to print? Marking that "yes" prints ALL the hidden notes associated with the customer. We want to print the shipping company and the tracking number only. If we take the extra step of entering the shipping info separately through SO-P-I, will the info print without having to allow all the hidden notes too??

Is there anyway to get the shipping tracking information to print WITHOUT printing all the notes in the file? Also when you add the tracking information at the Release Sales Order, it prints "twice" on the packing and invoice? We like this feature for our customers invoice, but it gets confusing if there are older notes that print out....can this be fixed?
