In Classic / BKARA when viewing a customer and looking at Open or Shipped SOs you could click/enter one to get line item detail. I'm not finding that functionality with the GUI screen - is it hiding somewhere? We use it a lot...

On a positive note, it's awesome that you can print documents right from there. However that is no substitute for looking at the lines as it takes way, waaay longer.

Click the white arrow in the green circle on the toolbar to drill down to the line item detail, shipping tracking number notes or payment status. One benefit of Evo, you cou can use Queries - SU-B and add additional drilldowns that make sense to you and Queries - SU-A to change what is displayed on the grid.
