I'm having problems printing AP checks in EVO (11/19/11 sp1) when there are several vouchers chosen to pay. In DBA Classic, if there were too many line items, you could choose to have them print after you had run the checks on a plain piece of paper. I can't seem to do that in EVO and I'm wasting checks because I'm having to throw away the second check since is prints the extra lines on it. I tried changing from the T7 program to the T6 version and the same results. The only way I can run AP checks SAFELY is to close EVO and open DBA and run them from there. If this is just a default I've missed please let me know!!!

I'm still having issues when I try to print checks and there are multiple vouchers to pay from. I've tried adjusting the rtm, but I can't get it to make a difference. Is anyone else having this problem? OR does anyone know how to change the RTM so that it is not double spacing between the voucher lines so that I can "squish" them together? If I at least got a warning message prior to printing that the form was going to spill over, at least I could force that check to print by itself, but I never know when or if it is going to happen until I end up having to shred a bunch of misprinted checks. Frustrated! >:(

Did you ever receive an answer? We are trying to determine how we can pay more than 9 invoices on one check. We want to use EVO - any advice?

Yes and No. I was told to check the default setting in A/P defaults and mark it "Y". The only problem is that it already is marked "Y" and isn't working for me. It may work for you, idk. I still haven't gotten a response to my email that the setting didn't change the outcome.

Programmers - is this possible? We would like to begin to use EVO to print checks. Need to get the checks adjusted first then need to know how to post more than 9? Can it print to a blank sheet if more than 9?

We currently have to use DBA to print checks but still can only print 9 vouchers on one check.

I'm still looking for resolution on this. I'm holding off printing checks today in hopes tech support can solve. I have screen shots of the checks and of the default settings and will happily send a copy of my rtm file if it will help. I know it is easiest to fix something if you have all the components at the time so I'm waiting a bit before opening DBA to print them because once I do that I can't recreate the situation.

If anyone else has had this issue and gotten resolution Please,please,please post here! *begging on knees*

Per Lynn we used the RTX to make a new RTM for the checks. Thus far it has solved the multiple line issue. The alignment isn't ideal, but apparently adjusting that is what caused our problem to begin with so we'll take it as it is and be glad that we're printing checks in EVO again.
