Since we've converted to the new Contact Manager, the field that we have printing on Acknowledgements and Packing Slips is now blank. I've looked at the current T6SOB4.RTX and it seems to be the same field: "PHONE2". I've tried from both the T6 and T7 versions of SO-B.

Any suggestions?

The T6SOB4.RTX prints the customer phone number: AR-A (Main Contact) (Packing List: Top right)
and the Primary contact on your CO ( Packing List: Bill section)

If I print Acks from before we converted I'm getting the Phone Number, but not for any created after we converted. I've specifically checked, and there IS a phone number listed with the Primary Contact in AR-A, but nothing prints.

FWIW, a Quote created for a Contact who is NOT a customer, the Phone prints on the Quote. But not for ones that are Customers....

(not that I have tested this exhaustively, but that's my observation to date)

Yeah, It is happening here as well.
We haven't noticed because we use an external app for shipping/acknowledgments

the BKARCUST.BKAR_FAX_PHONE is not longer there either (after the Jan Update)

Never mind it is there.
what happens is that on evo updates it "updates" pervasive ddf file but
it does not update the ODCB

It would be nice if Allen run it as well

That worked for the Ack and PL, but it is still not printing on the Quote (SO-P-B) or Customer Quote (ES-D).

Any ideas?

You could check to make sure that the field on those two RTMs is looking for the same field as on the forms that work. It will be a different table, but it seems like it should have the same field name.

The names were the same, except lower case in one, but in any event I copied the two fields (phone2 and fax2) from the PackSlip form which works and they still do not print on the Quote (SO-P-B).

However, we are working on modifying the EvoNotes enabled forms, and it wasn't not printing on there either. At least, not the ones in the top section. We discovered there were two hidden fields in the bottom of the "Bill To" box where the name/address goes, and they do work. So I copied those to the T6SOPB form and they work there too.

FWIW, they are called BKAR.TELEPHONE and BKAR.FAX.PHONE, but they ARE related to the Bill To and not the Ship To. I presume that the more generic phone2 and fax2 are dynamic fields that get filled with the numbers from the Ship To customer unless there isn't one, in which case it gets filled with the Bill To. This is the way it should be done, I think.
