I did a search for this, but did not see any solutions. Anyways, is it possible to have the Ship to phone and fax numbers appear on Acknowlegements, Quotes and Packing slips? Poking around the Quote form, I see that there are hidden fields for the Bill to Phone and Fax numbers in the Bill To area. The Customer Phone and Fax numbers that appear in the upper right of the form always use the bill to information. I would like to unhide the bill to phone and fax fields and place similar fields in the ship to area. I take care of parts and repairs, and most of the time I have to send the quotes to the ship to people, not the bill to.

Yes, you can.

The "Ship to" or "Bill to" are just another customer, so add the customer phone or fax number

Nope.. pulls the data from the Bill to Customer.

I understand the problem; not sure if there is an easy solution but let me look into it. The print program is looking at the Bill To record in BKARCUST and the Ship To is a separate record.

We would also like to know about this - Shipping to Canada requires a ship to customer phone number
