At times we have customers that have received packing slips and provide only the PS numbers to request an invoice. To help save us time, is there a report that we can run by "packing slip numbers"? This would be a great if there was.

Have you ever considered synchronizing the packing slip numbers with the invoice numbers by using "Set Pack Slip Same as Invoice" in DEF-M?

We use this and it great simplifies the situation.

Thanks - sounds like a good idea. Of course I'll have to get approval with management.... :(
