All of a sudden our sales document printing defaults have changed from N to Y.

I did NOT go change any system defaults, so I don't know why or how this happened.
This morning I went into SD-M to try to change a default so I would get all No. but I cant even find a default that controls this!

The only think I have recently done was to archive over 18,000 Work Orders, and close about 2000 sales orders. But I dont see how ths would have changed a default.

Any and all help appreciated

The default that controls it in DBA Classic is in SD-Q.

Lynn, I went to SD-Q>Sales I and answered the 2nd question "sales document printing " to N. But now we dont even get to see the questions when exit a Sales Orders/

I want to see the questions, but I want the default answer to be No.

Am I overlooking another default in SD-Q Sales 1?

I am happy. I think this is resolved.

It was not my defaults in SD-Q that got messed up. It was "Save Settting" at the bottom of the screen.

Here is what I did. I answered NO to all 3 document printing questions, and then the "save settings" button appears. So I saved the settings, but I couldnt remember the password so i had to go to SD-Q --system manangers tab and see what my password was. since my folks dont have access to SD-Q, I think my setting my automatically Xfer to them. or maybe they just default through a blank password, I am not sure?

I still wonder what caused my all my defaults to get changed? Was it archiving all those sales orders? or was it that I copied an exact replica company for everyone to use and the exact replica didnt keep the save the settings?
