We just upgraded to the May 2012 release of EVO. We can't figure out how to add a note to the Sales Order, not the account. We may need to add special instructions for the shipping department as well as we sometimes add a note to the customer.

If you are using the T7SOA (GUI version) you can click on the Notepad icon to enter a note. If your default setting for "Enable Evo Notes System" is set to N then the only Note type that you will be able to print is CSN. If you set the Use Evo Notes System to Y then you can control the printing of different Note types on different forms.

We were not able to get this to work. We must not have the GUI version.

We are dead in the water without being able to put notes on SO's.

Also, notes are not printing on Invoices.

I have figured out how to get the notes to print on the invoices. We just need to know how to add notes to a SO.

Depending whether you are using Evo or Classic view, you have the Notepad icon either on the top or bottom of the SO-A screen.
