Title: SO-A Key setup error Post by HB on 10/23/12 at 11:06:28 When hitting "enter" after selecting a customer a message "Key setup error" appears. Hitting OK twice makes it disappear and all fields populate. Any idea how to get rid of message?

Title: Re: SO-A Key setup error Post by Lynn_Pantic on 10/25/12 at 19:42:09 That usually indicates some sort of index error.  UT-A , DDCHECK (DBA) or T7DDCHECK (Evo), does it return any errors?
