This is DBA classic on a peer to peer network. On a new (win7) workstation, the WO-J function accepts entries down to where you hit OK. Then we should get a print screen for the report, but the screen just closes and the work order is not closed.

I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas out there?

You can run WO-J on other workstations? If you have older Pervasive (before PSQL 9) or a newer version but did not change the setting for file size greater than 2 GB, then the behavior you are describing (close back to the menu without actually doing what the program was trying to do) will occur if there is a file greater than 2GB in the set of files the program is trying to write to. However, this will be all workstations, not just 1.
