MFG - PO - I G - Print open purchase order - EVO, print by due date, enter one po# and no dates, and the report returns a long list. in DBA, the same info entered returns the data only for that single po.
Program EVO should only return single po info unless entered a range of po's.

Is this a bug that has been fixed with the new releases?

Yes, I just ran it for a single PO and got only the items on that PO.
