I am logged in remotely and am trying to run GL-AM-B. I am getting the following warning "Other users are in the system. Try again when all users have exited the system." and am unable to complete. I have already checked the users and I am the only one logged into the program.

I've never run into this problem before. Any ideas of why I am getting the warning?

I talked to Lynn on how to correct. She walked me through but I didn't take notes. Sorry.
Not sure if the latest update fixes this. I suggest you contact Lynn directly if you need resolution asap.

Updating will fix it, or you can manually add a reference to a new file that the AM-B program is trying to lock but it does not exist.

UT-D, create an entry for file ISGLBDGT, your company extension, layout ISGLCOA and the path to your company folder. if you have both DBA and Evo, you need to do it in UT-D both places. Then, in either DBA or Evo, UT-A, program DBAIF, file ISGLBDGT.
