Now my WO boms created with F and O sales orders are blowing up.
Some of the options are multiplying the item qty 2 4 6 10 times.
I've seen this happen when the WO bom are created but this happened when we did issues I think.

I'm thinking its something to do with issueing by the list function.

Just fixed 30 items on 4 wo boms. Not fun.

anyone else seeing this ?

Looked at this some more

my boms come out with type R items 1st and then manufactured items.
we use a mix of A and B items on the boms as well these always follow the purchased items since we sort the boms by part number and our manufactured parts just naturally sort that way.

PN crlc30013800000 blew up 10 x
last purchased item on the bom was qty 10 next item was a type B multiplied qtys by 10 on wo bom for that type B bom

PN CRND00003100000 blew up 2 x
last purchased item on the bom was qty 2 next item on the bom was type A
multiplied qtys by 2 on wo bom for all items on that type A bom.

In both cases the last type R item was the multiplier

On the one with qty 10 it was the only qty 10 on the bom

Seems like it went off track when it hit a type A or B item.

anyone else ever see this ?

It is looking like something in SO-N with phantoms; programming is on it.

Thanks for the quick action on this.

Just wondering.

If this is an SO-N issue why didn't I see this on my MRP until we started issueing material ?

Is the material issue data diffrent from the WO bom file ?
