Title: WBTRVMEMO.B Could not be opened Post by REVCO PRODUCTS on 02/26/13 at 17:23:40 We received the following error while loading our EVO: "The Btrieve memo file (WBTRVMEMO.B) could not be opened and Btrieve memos will not be available". Does anyone know how to fix this error???? We are currently down and are not able to access EVO. Thanks! |

If we try to go to SO>A the screen freezes off and it says "Evo not responding". There are also a couple of error codes that popped-up such as, Error 12 & System Error Code 1400, Invalid Window Handle. We are completely down. Analiza |

On the server under the M:\ and found the following: Clicked on > Dbrun.exe Error came up: File: M:\TP5WDBA.exe was not found! >ok I also found another file Clicked on > evoerp.exe Warning error came up: The Btrieve Memo file (WBTRVMEMO.B) could not be opened and Btrieve Memos will not be available. >ok When I hit <ok> the following error came up: Could not locate E:\ISTS\folder. Please contact lynn@istechsupport.com Then another error pops-up: EVO~ERP unable to create directory Please let me know how to resolve this issues. Thanks! |
