Hi,

We are trying to get EVO running on a new copmputer.

It logs in okay, but then crashes when any programs are attempted (eg.) clicking on IN-A, or anything.

The new computer is 64 bit Win& Pro, but 32 bit client is being used as recommended. Pervaisve seems to be running fine.

I saw an earlier post re fingerprint scanner (we run pretty much old DBA style programs) so this was disabled but it doesn't seem to have resolved the problem.

(I haven't yet fixed our menu file problem either - I think I will have to reload user menus and I'm waiting for the weekend to do this).

The user can log on and access programs on other workstations fine, and logging on as a different user to the problem workstaion gives the same result.

Any ideas?
