I have 2 computers I use. My laptop seems to be working fine, but I have issues with my new desktop.

When I go to TAS -C to set up my configuration...it says...
Do you want the following program to make changes (i always say Y)
The program name is TP7RSetup.exe
Then in my bottom tray appears 7i and nothing comes up.
If I hover over 7i, I can see the opening config screen. It's like it is on another monitor, but we can't find it.
I have 3 monitors and have no other issues except this program

For whatever reason, my fonts look to be about a 20; so sentences run into each other on my screens.
So I am looking to go into TAS - C to change the look of my screens (fonts and colors).

All other programs work fine, so we don't think it is a Windows setup issue.
