After the 4-2013 update I made sure everyone was on the latest update of the EVO programs and have been trouble shooting ever since.

Often we need to make copies of Sales Orders that may have occurred in the past that are already closed. As my staff pointed out they could do this in the DBA classic program, but in the latest T7 program they can not. It gives them the option to reopen, but we would like not to open that can of worms.

Thoughts?

James,

why don't they press the COPY SO button in SO-A? in Evo view it is the button on the top of the screen right beside notes? in Classic View its on the bottom beside the Notes button.

If they say they don't see it because it is closed, then in the list press the Open/Closed Button and that will toggle the open or open and closed SO's to show up in the list.

If I try that, I have to reopen the closed sales order, and that's where the problem lies.
