we've been experiencing lots of errors in EVO where the system returns the incorrect contract pricing based on the qty. Our contract pricing has been re-checked and is setup incorrectly. it does not do this on every sales order. we have to take time and double-check when the pricing does not match our customer purchase orders. i have copies of the pricing from EVO and what the pricing returns on the sales order.

does anyone else experience within EVO?

We use contract pricing quite a bit and have never noticed a single instance of incorrect pricing. We've been using DBA for over a dozen years and Evo since shortly after it became available.

You do realize that there are several different ways to do pricing/discounting and that they don't work in conjunction with each other? In other words, there is a hierarchy and where ever there are two or more possible methods of pricing the one highest up the list takes precedence.

I'm not sure from what you write if you are getting different results in Evo versus DBA (classic)...?

I have expeianced the same problem in the price code.
I have a price code listed in the customer profile under Sales-AR-A enter customer.
I have a base price listed for each item.
but when I enter a Sales order it is not showing the discount for the price code.
Also when I have a price break for quanity it is not picking up that break.
Does anyone have idea on how to correct this problem?
the prices were working correctly until two updates ago.
