Title: DC-C - "Start Shift" / "Shift Stop" Issue Post by TGerak on 05/03/13 at 07:34:01 We are starting to use Evo (DC-C) as a time clock.  As we've been training employees on scanning into and out of a shift, we're seeing the "Start Shift" / "Shift Stop" radio button stuck on "Shift Stop" even when an employee is not clocked in.  It's a little confusing for them.  We have been scanning in then scanning out within the same two minute period. I don't know if it's a case of too many ins/outs within the same rounding period or if it's something else. We'll watch it when we have people scanning only at the beginning and end of their shifts.
