We are on Version 04/04/13 SP2 and we have a new server. When faxing Acknowledgements out of SO-B the customer will only get the top inch of the form. We've tried several different things thinking it was the fax on the server but still with no luck. Could it be EVO? Does anyone else have this problem?

Have you print it to a pdf then fax it?

If you see the same problem is your fax server not Evo.

No one has complained when we print it and then fax from the machine. But then, it could be the PC too? Just not sure at this point. Some of our PC's are 32 bit and some 64 bit. It does seem to be happening from both though.

Did you try to use another report it6sobX.rtm (1,2,3,4)?

Update - we have deteremined it's not an EVO problem. It's not the server either, but we're still working on a solution. Thanks!!!

Change the form so there is no background tint.

we found this causes some fax machines to crap out
