We are on release 7/26/13. Has anyone tried to add more than the original 20 payment terms? They have always been entered through SM-D, but when I go there it says there are only 20 available, not the 99 advertised. Are they entered somewhere else or do I need to change a program?

You need to change your menu to call T7SMD.RWN to have access to more than 20 Terms. For DBA Classic users, the posting and processing programs can handle the additional terms but you will need to use Maintain Database on the ISTERMS file to add additional terms beyond 20.

Not only to add terms beyond 20, but also to edit any within the first 20.

We needed to change the wording on term #4. I found out the hard way that SM-D only edits the old term database buried in BKSYMSTR (or was it BKYSMSGR ???) ... Any whooo ... Just be aware that to edit any terms info, you need to use the correct EVO .RWN or edit ISTERMS.??? directly.

What is the enhancement date of your SM-D program? I just used the 6/19/13 Classic Edit Terms Table to change a description and the ISTERMS file was updated.

My bkame.run file is dated 1/10/12.

I'm on ISTECH 7/26/13 SP1.
