What does " a record was not found in FILELOC for file BKCMCUST.B12.4" I am getting this when I go into ES-A. I eventually lock-up and have to restart the computer.

Hint: we have been getting crazy errors ever since we did an upgrade and new server in August of 2012.

UT-A, T7DDCHECK (Evo) or DDCHECK (DBA). It looks like the update didn't do everything it needed to.
