Just today, for no reason I can think of, we cannot, access any DBA Classic programs; on all 4 computer.  We can log onto DBA but when we click on a program to run, they all exhibit the same error message ......."AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED WHILE TRYING TO OPEN BKARSIVL.C 12".  Then when we click on the message box, another message pops up and reads ..........."ERROR ERRMSG.B FILE .405."  We then click on that three times or four times and get the following message .................."YOU ARE NOT LICENSED TO RUN THIS PROGRAM.  PLEASE CONTACT ISTECHSUPPORT.COM TO PURCHASE A VALID LICENSE".

1.  We have a lifetime license for DBA
2.  SD-A is showing our company name
3.  I rebooted the router
4.  We are running a Windows Server 2008 R2
5.  We have made no hardware or software changes to the server
6.  Everything was working fine yesterday

How can I fix this?

Try copying BKARSIVL.B from DBAMFG to DBAMFG\DEFAULT
