Our customer contact information is duplicating. We have one customer with 3500 identical contact records.

Any idea what is going on?

OK, so I've done a little more research and apparently every time we send an email using EVO a contact record is added to the company with the next alfa code. For example if I send a email with an attachment for a company with the code of MICTEC then a new record is added to the company with the code of MIDSTA. The new record has the contact name of the primary contact for MIDSTA and the email address of the person receiving the email.

I send emailed invoices out of Evo all the time and I do not have that happening so there has to be some other contributing factor. Let me ask the programmers to take a look

We are going crazy with contact also. I can't nail it down to what is exactly going on with the contacts, except that its always the next one on the list that gets the new contact.

I think we have nearly 19000 records in contacts with only with less then 5,000 actual accounts.
