We are wanting to use DBA do to just the payroll information for a small spin-off. I need to create a new company (I have not done yet) and will copy from our main, but our main has a lot of data (inventory, customers, etc,) that we will not need in this new, small company. What is the best way to go about this? I want to copy from our main since it has the latest tax table information. THANKS!

On the newly created company use UT-K-A
It will purge your data.

Also the UT-J has a number of File Maintenance Programs
