When using the lookup to select sales orders to post, the system will be slow to perform the lookup function then the SO-G screen will close and the system has to be restarted. Doesn't happen every single time but 90% of the time.

We do lookup by SO every time we post (daily) and have and I don't recall having ever seen any issue as far as I know.

It might be helpful if you included the version you're on.

ARCHIVE or purge old closed sales orders. They are pretty useless, all the pertinent information is available in the related invoices.
