When we go into Mfg > WO > C and go down to the WO Number From field, we click on the magnifying glass and get the following message. The field: IS.WOEX.MCLASS is not part of this program, and the grid will not be displayed properly
This worked about 3 weeks ago. We haven't done an update. Any ideas why we would get this?

Sounds like somebody went into Queries - SU-A and edited the WORKORDERS grid and added a field that shouldn't be there. You could go to SU-A, bring up the WORKORDERS grid, click the Delete button and delete the entire grid, then go to SU-D and choose SKIP and the standard version of any missing grid will be copied in which should restore the one you just deleted.

What about the other places that use the Work Order grid - WO-A lookup, Work Orders button in IN-A? Do they all do the same thing?

The magnifying glass works in IN-A but not in WO-A.

The magnifying glass in IN-A is looking up part numbers. That isn't what I asked. What does the Work Orders button in IN-A do? And the Magnifying glass work order lookup in WO-A?

I thought the IN-A question was funny since I know that is parts, LOL, so, since the person with the issue has different access than me, I had her try it. Here is her answers. The magnifying glass in IN-A, once I click on it, it will make me close out of EVO and I have to log back in and in WO-A, I get the same message when trying to print the travelers.
