We are trying to start using the email program to send our invoice but are having issues. We bring up the print dialog box, click email, the Type: shows PDF, and Where: shows C:\DBAMFG\Default (it's grayed out). We click OK, the NZ Email box comes up. It shows the correct customer and invoice, Form: says C:\DBAMFG\I33293.pdf.

We click send and get the error message: NZEmailtll.src Line: 331. The file C:\DBAMFG\I33293.pdf cannot be found & will not be attached to this message.

Here are the setting that we have.

TAS C: all the email settings seem to be correct. Under "Set Run Path" it shows C:\ISTS\

TAS K: Under "Attach Path" it shows C\DBAMFG\

I did a search for I33293.pdf and it was in the C:\DBAMFG\ folder as PrebcoInvoiceI33293.pdf

Sorry for being so long winded but wanted to give as much info as possible. And help would be great.

You need to get up to date, I don't even remember how that 7 year old version of the email works, it has all been integrated into the core programs now. I don't remember that it ever named the PDF anything long like that though, it has always been I{Invoice number}.PDF. Also, you should NOT use the DBAMFG folder as your attach path, it will accumulate files over time that shouldn't be there and slow things down.
