We have five people using Evo regularly (daily) and another two every now and then. We've all been using the ADMIN log in, but now everyone has a unique log in and password. Everyone was set up as a power user with level 1 security. For three of the users, I restricted access to only one or two modules... only Accounting for one, Sales and Items for another, and only Items for the third... and I did this by deleting the modules they don't need in TAS-G. Everyone else has all the modules available for a power user.

We all work in one company, but will all start working in another company soon. The other company is completely set up in Evo, and the users who have all modules can use File | Change Company to switch to the other company. But the three users who have only one or two modules available don't even have Change Company as a choice in the File menu.

How do I allow these restricted users to switch to the other company?

If you have created menus for those users in EVO and they can't change companies then go back into PS-G in EVO and make sure those users have access to TAS-B. If they do not then add it to their menus, save it and then have those users log out and back into EVO and they should then see Change company under the File menu.
