Have one of our purchasing folks going in to run MR-F. When she does, Evo pops up and says something like the records you are trying to run already exists...if you continue you will replace the old information and it cannot be retrieved, something like that. She says OK, and it gives her a listing with the sales orders duplicated. She tried it a 2nd time, and it triplicated the items in the output. What could be causing this?

Somebody has the MRP file open, either running a report or a hung session. First thing MR-F does is clear the file and if it can't, you get the duplicates you are seeing. The file in question is MTMRP if you want to check Pervasive Monitor to see who has it open.
