Some graphical forms do NOT print in international mode. But I need International mode to itemize sales tax on my forms

Is there anyway to have sales taxes itemized out by localities on your forms and not use International module?

To have itemized sales tax print on Sales Orders, Invoices and Purchase Orders we must be use the International setting (Ibk form) . Because of this I use to use the international forms and settings all the time, but since the update some graphical forms do not print with these settings so we were forced to change back to the non-international setting.
