We have a duplicate part number we are trying to get rid of in SM-J-C, but an error message pops up that says "manual review required." Does anyone know what that means or what we need to do to clear out that duplicate part?

You can not have a duplicate part number.
Delete it !!

Thanks as always Kelloggs!!! Let me provide more information: on 10/31 we ran UT-K-G, and part number 800-0041 was listed twice. When that has happened before for a different part we ran SM-J-C(Master Level, Method B) on that part to clear it out. This time when we did that this message popped up:
Line 1: M BKICLOC n/a Deleted 1 blank record(s) in the BKICLOC file
Line 2: M BKICMSTER 800-0041 n/a found duplicate BKICMSTR record for this Part, Manual Review Required

I dont have access to everything, so finding answers is quite hard. Please advise.

"Manual Review" for me means that you have to manually get ride of that duplicate.

If you have access to the "Maintain Database" Menu you can delete the "extra" record from the BKICMSTR table
and check the BKICLOC as well.
