Title: view archived inventory Post by Prier Products on 12/11/14 at 07:53:30 I looked through the documentation and didn't find, or maybe overlooked, what I was looking for. How do you view Archived Inventory Transactions? Thanks |
Title: Re: view archived inventory Post by Kelloggs on 12/11/14 at 09:07:52 In reality Evo does not archive inventory transactions. It "Consolidate Inv Transactions". So the transactions, as I understand, are remove and "consolidated" in one single transaction. If you run IN-E they will appear there as a total. Quote:

Title: Re: view archived inventory Post by Prier Products on 12/11/14 at 09:24:21 Hum, I was hopiing there was a way to see it on the screen. Oh well. Thanks. I was able to write a query using table INVATXN and it did pull in the old data that had been consolidated. |
Title: Re: view archived inventory Post by Kelloggs on 12/11/14 at 09:38:08 There are several tables that have the inventory transaction. One of them is the GL, if I am not mistaken. That is not consolidate, unless you guys consolidated your GL as well. If we are talking about material issue that can be query as well (It is on the work order tables) :) Kelloggs |
