Good Afternoon!

All new identical computers set up within the last few months. The only difference on the computers is their names/IP's, what printer is installed/defined as the local/default, and some user specific software. EVOERP was updated by Lynn just a couple of weeks ago. On computer "new #2" we cannot generate/print user defined sales reports that we could on "new #2" before the EVOERP update. I can print them from "new #1" computer with my EVOERP login, and with other logins. I cannot print them on "new #2" with any login. The system goes through the whole process, but when I try to send it to preview, I come up with the title on the page, and nothing else. The only thing that changed was the update. To the best of our knowledge, there were no new software additions or updates other than the EVOERP, and it happened seemingly immediately after the update. Any ideas where I should look?
