Title: IN-L-O problems Post by David Waldmann on 03/19/15 at 05:09:49 I first ran the menu item which was still the BK version. It completed almost instantly and there were no items selected (there should have been thousands based on the criteria). So I checked and there is a T7 version. Started that last night (same parameters) and it's still running, a good 18 hours later. |
Title: Re: IN-L-O problems Post by Mike_Habich on 03/19/15 at 07:35:43 I just found the same thing a couple of days ago. The T7 version ran all night and never completed, but the BK version runs fine. Took me a while to figure out what the parameters mean, but the results seem to be OK. |

Title: Re: IN-L-O problems Post by David Waldmann on 03/19/15 at 08:16:55 So suddenly it works (BKINLO). Sort of. I can't figure out how to make things Obsolete, only Not active. From the web help: Quote:
Yes, I have SD-H Enable to make Obsolete or Delete set to Y. I also tried manually changing one of the items to O and it allowed it. |
Title: Re: IN-L-O problems Post by Lynn_Pantic on 03/19/15 at 14:12:24 The Filter needs to be OBSOLETE |
Title: Re: IN-L-O problems Post by David Waldmann on 03/20/15 at 07:07:31 Maybe I'm missing something. I ran the first pass (Active/Inactive Status Inventory). It selected all the items I wanted, but the only option is to make Not Active. If I select Obsolete under "Include Active Status" in this screen, it only looks at Obsolete items, and offers to make them Not Active. This is how I have the options set: http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c275/dwaldmann/IS%20Tech/Screenshot%202015-03-20%2009.59.17_zpsakhlrlbl.png Since I don't have any items already marked Obsolete, I can't run the second pass (Archive Obsolete Inventory). |
Title: Re: IN-L-O problems Post by Lynn_Pantic on 03/20/15 at 16:18:51 The Primary Filter needs to be Obsolete Items, not the Active Status mask. |
Title: Re: IN-L-O problems Post by David Waldmann on 03/25/15 at 06:24:04 Ok. Not very intuitive, but it works... Thx, |
Title: Re: IN-L-O problems Post by CCKEITH on 03/31/15 at 15:44:53 I am having the same issue with the new version of IN-L-O. First it gives me an "Access violation at address 00870B28 in module 'evoerp.exe'. Read of address 0000019C. Then it starts running and does not stop. Are others getting an Access violation error message? |
