Had one user today working in SO and she got a popup on her Evo desktop just under the menu bar that had an icon and
"Complete Implementation". She also got a "Confirm" window that said
"This will replace the current menu with the Complete Implementation menu. Do you want to continue?" Yes or No.

Thankfully she didn't do anything but came to get me. I have no idea what this is or how she may have triggered it.

What is it and how'd she have it popup on her screen???
