Hi. We had a customer make a deposit on a sales order. However, he has since cancelled the order and wants a refund. I tried using AR-M, but is says we don't have any credits or deposits to process, yet when I go into AR-N, I see the deposit listed. How do I go about refunding the deposit and cancelling the sales order? TIA!

You need to edit the deposit in AR-N and detach it from the sales order. You will then be able to select it for refund in AR-M.
