Can anyone point me to the data fields where the Estimated, Actual and Promise dates for line items live? I see that BKAPHPOL has the closed PO lines. I seem to recall that the BKAP.POL.ARD holds the Promise date until the line item gets received. At that point, it is overwritten by the actual receipt date. Knowing that the vendor on-time performance can be generated for estimated or promise, it must live on somewhere.

Is anyone using this data?

In the open PO the BKAP.POL.ARD is the promise date. Upon receipt it is moved to position 78 of the BKAP.POL.EXTRA field

Fantastic. That knowledge, coupled with this formula =MID([@[BKAP_POL_EXTRA],78,8) returns the standalone date.
