I was wondering if there is a way to view all invoices associated with particular purchase orders???? If you go to AP-C and press F2 a list will come up showing purchase orders, there is a column for purchase order invoice number but it has no data.

If you are on EVO and fairly up to date you can try a new program. AP-X, only problem is you can't do a search by PO. Another possibility would be to do a query in DE-A for that info.

AP-I might help. Choose listing , and then detail open and paid. Sometimes our PO is in the description column, but sometimes it is not.

Has there ever been any discussion about adding a search field to enter the PO# number in AP-X where we could search by the purchase order?

Any search criteria that isn't already in the program for AP-X would be a custom mod and would need to go to Lynn. She could give you a nay or Yay on weather it can be added and how much it would cost to do so.
