I am trying to print a list of purchases by Vendor and am receiving the following message. I'm not sure where to find the log file to determine the "hiccup".

An error occurred: Unknown error.
The file jerror.log contains more information.
It may be possible to continue running the program however it may not function properly.
If you are unable to resolve the problem, please email a copy of the error log to support@istechsupport.com

The file should be in the root of the DBAMFG or EVO folder. When you are in that folder just do a search it should come up.

Make sure your JDBC settings have been set up in SM-T

Thank you, Lynn. For some reason, the directory to which that report was being written did not have the correct permission settings. I have fixed that now and it works perfectly.
