Title: Scheduling jobs dates, as it relates to SO dates Post by bnothstine on 07/19/18 at 08:50:22 I still don't completely understand all the scheduling/SO dates. Start Date Finish Date Due Date = SO estimated ship date If a customer wants to move an order up, or if we're late, we give them a "promise date". Which one of these should we change? I'm thinking Due Date, but I would like to still be able to see the original date that we acknowledged. But have the scheduling use the new "promise date". We really only use the default priorities 1,2,3. I was thinking if I create a new one (P or PROMISED) that might help keep them straight.
