Is there a way check if material has already been issued to a WO?

My go to is IN-A (Item Inquiry) and check the transactions for the item in question. This will work assuming you have the W/O number to compare.

You can use WO-Q - (same as DC-I) to query the work order - click on the building block button (BOM) - it will show materials that have been issued. You can also use JC-E (print material issues) for the work order to see all materials issued to the work order.

You can also print the JC-E report for a particular WO or a range of WO's. JC-P depending on the situation.
