I would like for our PO receiving report to reflect the item class of the item. If I could find a report that printed BKICMSTR.BKIC_PROD_CLASS, then i could copy and paste it on a receiving report. I know this is a silly way to do it but I do not know how to add data to a report other than copy and pasting the data fields from other reports.

Adding Data Fields
Click the A in the right toolbar (it has a little box attached to it indicating it is a data field) and click on the form. A data object will be created. Drag it to the desired position. and on the left side of the screen where it says Data, double click and a Data Dictionary window will open. Find the desired file and field. Under Font and Appearance, change as desired. Note that the editor will allow the selection of any field from any file but the actual print program will only find the data if the file selected is opened by the program in question

You can only add data fields to reports in Evo, not DBA. In Evo you can either replace the field name of a column you don't need with the one you want to replace it with or, to add a new field, click the icon on the top toolbar named dbText (just to the right of the center divider) and click where you want to put it and then click the Datafield cell on the left margin and enter the field name (BKIC.PROD.CLASS in this case)
