I just watched the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f-nf_-1Go1I. I found the hosting page http://www.istechsupport.com/hosting.php to no longer exist. I am assuming that IsTech no longer offers cloud hosting services. Can someone else please confirm?

It is still available. I can send you contact info for a couple of people using it that you can contact. It is ideal for your size installation (5-20 users) that isn't really large enough to have a true IT department and your "IT Person" is somebody who is doing that on top of other responsibilities and isn't really an IT Professional. For less than 5 users it is probably too expensive and for more than 20 there is probably an in-house IT department. An installation more than 20 users that outsources IT may find it economical to divert the Evo/DBA IT outsourcing to us since that is our area of expertise and let their local IT resource focus on Windows and networking.
