We recently enabled warehouse control and set Default in WC-G to Q. We then set up bin locations and entered the correct quantity per bin location. When we released the sales order for inventory with multiple bin locations we were able to find the bin control information and release the quantities from the correct bins. Everything looks ok until we post the invoice for the transaction. If I have 516 units on hand with 116 units in the Default bin location and 400 units in the secondary bin location and I release 100 from each location and then post the invoice the units on hand/bin location information should be as follows.

unit on hand: (originally 516) 316
Default Bin location: (originally 116) 16
Secondary bin location: (originally 400) 300

When I post the invoice the units on hand/bin location info posted as follows

units on hand 316 (correct)
Default bin location -84
Secondary bin location 300 (correct)

So EVO seems to be maintaining the correct units on hand and secondary bin location information BUT removing the entire quantity of the invoice from the default bin location, regardless of the bin locations selected when releasing the sales order.

I believe all my defaults are set correctly but any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to WC-B and make sure that both locations for that part number(Both Bins) are set to Q. Then use WC-C to fix the amounts in each Bin.
